请教大家，在工程目录下利用ENV工具下载软件包，但是总是失败。
请问这是什么原因？如何解决呢？

电脑上确实有VPN,不过关于这个也进行了测试，包括关闭代理，仅使用PAC，和全局代理。都会报错。不能把软件包下载下来。
问题已解决，重新安装了一遍git就一切正常了。😓😓😓
