help,help!

Because of working at ubuntu 12.04 (64 bit ) now and not familiar with it,
I cannot input chinese,sorry.

I met a problem just now, when I was going on the steps from following "wiki baike" to install rt-thread tool chains :

when came here,I've tried many times,but failed.

sudo apt-get install ia32-libs
```

the shell threw these messages:

what shall I do?

1    I had changed my update source many times, but still failed.
2    when tried "sudo apt-get install ia32-libs-multiarch",I met another more error message ,such as:
