rt-thread studio网络连接失败

环境：win11 使用代理服务器上网，网络访问正常
版本:2.2.6
构建ID:202211231640
第一次启动失败，提示err_name_not_resolved错误

改为直连宽带上网，可以正常启动了，都没问题

再改为公司网络，可以启动，但首页上提示网络连接错误，见下图

但同组同事同一环境（win10，win11），就没有上述网络连接问题！
